Project Kopań - "View apartaments"

About the project In the middle of Pomerania (West-Pommern) there is a place with great view over lake and the Baltic Sea (Beach called: “Kopan Kabana”). In this one of the most beautiful places in Poland we are creating a luxus recreation area for people, who want to enjoy their freetime. The place is situated by Kopan which lay ca. 2 km. from Darlowo and 900 m. from the Baltic Sea. We try to make the most beautiful living places in a nice wellness and playing center. Our area will include the following: car park, securityguard/system, playingarea and a Welness-center (swimmingpool, Jacuzzi, sauna, spa, massage, etc.) Kopan will be builded in two terraced houses (in all 32 modern dwellings between 42 and 114 m2). The area is laying just over the lake “Kopan” with a spectacular view over Lake Kopań (around 300 m) and the sea in the background. Its some of the best view we as investor ever have seen, a great nature close to the Baltic Sea (beach) and very very quiet - so its absolutely recommendable. We build Kopan in 3 floors, where the first floor all have gardens. The building is maded, so some apartment will go from 1 floor to second floor and some from second floor to nr. 3 floor. There will be big and single apartments on every floors and penthouse-apartments with an ekstra spectacular view on the 3 floor. We have maded a very creative construction on the first floor, so you can walk down to the living-room and up to the second floor. It will fell like a 3 floors apartment and the incorporated big windows, will then give a spectacular view out over the living-room and to Kopan Lake. Everything will be maded in best materials and we will try to make clean Luxus for our investors with f.eks. fireplace, jacuzzy, floorheating, and in the area; swimmingpool, sauna and other facilities. Description of the apartments The description is maded from left site and up if you stay and look from back over Kopan lake. Groundfloor app. 107-109 m2 +Teresse+Balcon - start from left nr. 1, 2, 8 and 9 and in B2; 17,18, 24 and 25 are builded in the 1 and 2 floor with 3 levels in the apartment. Entry from back and walk in to a small Entré. From here out to a Hall with stairs down to the living-room and up to second floor. The Idea is here to give a view out over the living-room through the windows and over Kopan Lake. From this the second level is also entry to a bathroom/toilet and a sleeping-room. From second level you walk down in the first level into the Living-room and Kitchen. Here is fireplace and floorheating, where there is tiles. From the livingroom is entry to the teresse/Garden. From the second level is stairs to the 3 level (2 floor) were there is 3 sleepingrooms and Jacuzzi-bathroom with shower and toilet. There is floorheating in every bathrooms. All sleppingrooms have balcony. Groundfloor app. 40-55 m2 +Teresse+Balcon - start from left nr. 3 – 7 and in B2; 19 - 23 are builded in 1 floor. Entry from back and walk in to a small Entré. From here is entry to living-room/kithen, to bathroom/toilet and a sleeping-room. In the Living-room is fireplace and there are floorheating where there is tiles in the apartment. From the living-room is entry to the teresse/garden. Second floor app. 110 m2+Balcon - start from left nr. 10-14 and in B2; 26 - 30 are builded in the 2 and 3 floor where nr. 12 and 28 is 76 m2 and have 1 sleeping-room lesser and just one bathroom/toilet. Entry from back and walk in to a small Entré. From here out to a Hall with stairs up to second floor. From the hall is entry to 3 sleeping-rooms with balcony to the Seasite and 1 Jacuzzi-bathroom with shower and toilet. The second are laying on the third floor with a Living-room and Kitchen with entry to a balcony with great view over the lake and sea. Here is fireplace and floorheating where there is tiles. Over this is 1 big slepping-room in back with balcony and bathroom/toilet and there are floorheating in every bathrooms. Third floor, 4 penthouseappartments. 105 m2 +Balcon – nr. 15, 16 and 31,32 All in top floors in corner of the buildings with great view over the lake and the Baltic Sea.
